When is it taking place?

September

Schools come back from summer holidays. Lesson planning begins.

October

Companies starting to┬ávisit schools to teach lessons and demonstrate activities. Total lesson time is 5-7.5 hrs. Gliders are designed, built and tested.  

November to January

Lesson and build sessions continue.

February

Teams compete at one of the Regional Finals for a place at the Grand Final.

March

Grand Final held at the Fleet Air Arm Museum in Yeovil. Twelve teams compete to win the top prizes.
